2. Our service

Pharmazon is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace. We help franchise seekers, distributors and brand owners find and contact pharmaceutical companies offering PCD pharma franchise and third party (contract) manufacturing. We are a facilitator only:

• We do not manufacture, sell, stock or distribute any medicine or product.
• We are not a party to any agreement, order or payment between you and a supplier.
• Submitting an enquiry is free and does not oblige you to do business with anyone.

3. Eligibility

This website is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or above who are enquiring for business purposes. Pharmaceutical trade in India is regulated; you are responsible for holding the licences required for your business, such as a valid drug licence and GST registration.

4. Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate and your own, or that you are authorised to share it. Do not submit another person's contact details without their permission. We may ignore or delete enquiries that appear false, incomplete or abusive.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to Pharmazon and to matching pharmaceutical companies contacting you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your requirement, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.

6. Dealings with suppliers

Suppliers listed on Pharmazon are independent businesses. Product details, certifications (such as WHO-GMP, ISO or DCGI approvals), prices, investment amounts, minimum order quantities and monopoly rights are provided by the suppliers and may change without notice.

• You must verify licences, certificates, product registrations and terms directly with the supplier before placing an order or making any payment.
• Any agreement, including franchise terms, territory rights, pricing, quality, delivery and payment, is solely between you and the supplier.
• Pharmazon is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any product, or for any dispute between you and a supplier.

7. Website content

Content on this page, including statistics, testimonials, category lists and frequently asked questions, is provided for general business information. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error free.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, fake enquiries or automated submissions
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access
• Upload or send malicious code, or disrupt the website in any way
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose, including the unlicensed trade of medicines

9. Intellectual property

The Pharmazon name, logo, page design, text and graphics belong to Pharmazon B2B Portal Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Product names, brand names and trademarks of suppliers belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmazon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of business or profit, or any loss arising from your dealings with a supplier. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid to Pharmazon for the service in question.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pharmazon against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, the information you submit, or your dealings with any supplier.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place where Pharmazon B2B Portal Pvt. Ltd. has its registered office.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
